THE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Read the conditions of the license agreement before using of this software. Using of this program by you means acceptance of the conditions of the license agreement.

1. This license agreement guarantees full mutual understanding between you, end user of Stress Browser, and the authors of the program, and it can change only in the written agreement signed by both parties. ANY SELLER, DISTRIBUTOR, DEALER, RETAIL DEALER, COMMERCIAL OR OTHER PERSON IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE THIS AGREEMENT OR TO ALLOW ANY OTHER GUARANTEES OR PROMISES WHICH ARE DIFFERENT, FROM GUARANTEES OR PROMISES OF THE GIVEN AGREEMENT.

2. You can use this copy Stress Browser only on one computer.

3. All property rights on Stress Browser, the documentation, texts and graphic materials in the printed and/or electronic type, included in Stress Browser, are reserved for the authors of the program.

4. After the registration as the legal user, free technical support and updating of versions are provided during one year , and further it will be put into effect with the additional agreement. The term of reception of support is started from the date of purchase of the software and is completed in one year.

5.You may not:
5.1. To give Stress Browser for use to computer services and networks if it is not stipulated in the contract of sale and purchase.
5.2. To sell Stress Browser, to lease, allow in hire or in time using.
5.3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble, to make changes, to modify the Stress Browser or any part thereof or otherwise attempt to derive source code or create derivative works therefrom.

6. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Authors OF the Stress Browser provide and support services (if any) AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS, and hereby disclaim all other warranties and conditions, either express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any (if any) implied warranties, duties or conditions of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy or completeness of responses, of results, of workmanlike effort, of lack of viruses, and of lack of negligence, all with regard to the Stress Browser, and the provision of or failure to provide support services. ALSO, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, QUIET POSSESSION, CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION OR NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT

7.TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPERS OF STRESS BROWSER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY, FOR FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY INCLUDING OF GOOD FAITH OR OF REASONABLE CARE, FOR NEGLIGENCE, AND FOR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, OR OTHERWISE UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROVISION OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF THE FAULT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OF AUTHORS OF STRESS BROWSER, AND EVEN IF DEVELOPERS OF STRESS BROWSER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES

8. This License agreement is regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The parties agree, that any action breaking this License agreement, should be punishable and pursued according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
